While we offer various techniques depending on the collection, our signature pieces are entirely hand-knotted or hand-tufted by skilled artisans. We do not use machine-made processes for our core collections.

Do the rugs shed?

High-quality wool rugs will naturally shed some fibers during the first few months. This is normal and subsides with regular vacuuming (using suction only, no beater bar).

How do I clean my rug?

For regular maintenance, vacuum without a beater bar. For spills, blot immediately with a clean, dry, undyed cloth—never rub. We recommend professional cleaning every 3–5 years.

Yes. Through our Custom Studio, you can alter the dimensions, shape, colors, or materials of any existing design, or collaborate with us on a completely unique piece.

For custom orders and designer accounts, we provide 1x1 ft strike-offs (samples) for approval before production begins.
